Delivered using Yodel 24 Hour service and XDP Ltd. Please allow 7-12 working days to receive your item(s). Express delivery will be made within 3-6 days of ordering. Deliveries are usually made between 8am – 6pm and we cannot provide a time slot for deliveries unless you request this and pay a surcharge. (Please contact customer services for amount as it varies depending on the courier). Please ensure there is someone available to sign for and accept the delivery as any failed deliveries will be charged. Prime Bathrooms cannot accept responsibility if the item(s) is received late due to failed delivery attempts.

Delivered using pallet freight carrier normally a 7-12 day service. All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. The courier will not remove pallets or dispose of stillages (caged pallets) as this is your responsibility. The driver will only deliver to the nearest point of entry which means if the pallet truck cannot be pulled up the curb then a curb-side delivery will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure help is available to remove items from the pallet and carry into the property safely. The couriers usually call customers and provide an estimated delivery time slot. For refused deliveries, a charge may be levied unless you have already agreed this with us prior.


Our 2 Man Delivery Team will carry item(s) into the property and leave in the hallway. This is not a standard delivery option and you must request this once you have placed your order or prior to ordering. We have flexible delivery options and this is for the convenience of our customers. We can deliver on weekends/evenings but please request this in advance as last minute requests may be refused. Large orders pre-qualify for delivery using our 2 man team.


Please note: we advise against booking any installers, or engaging in preparatory work until full receipt and inspection of your goods, and will not be liable for any tradesperson costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way. Delivery timescales are given as estimates in good faith, but cannot be taken as precise or exact information.

Once delivery has been scheduled and is subsequently missed due to customer fault, a redelivery charge will applied.
